Patintero

Inspired by the Filipino folk game, Patintero! Similar to tag, except the "It" player can only move along the lines of a grid.

Currently in development, originally made for Game A Week Sydney 2025

How To Play

Local co-op, requires either a keyboard + controller or 2x controllers

Blue Player

• Goal is to get to the Red side and back untouched
• Can move anywhere in the field

Red Player

• Goal is to tag the Blue player and stop them from crossing sides
• Can only move along the lines 

Latest Update

• Added x3 new game modes and optional time/score goals
  • Swap mode - swap sides every few points
  • Powerup mode - randomly spawns boosts and debuffs onto the map
  • Bombrush mode - spawns bombs that can wipe out the other player
